TERMS AND CONDITIONS

While every care is taken of the dogs undergoing treatment and in the maintenance of the water and equipment all dogs receive hydrotherapy treatment entirely at theirs owner's risk.All treatment courses, including those to be part of an insurance claim, must be paid for in advance. Individual sessions must be paid for on the day of treatment.

Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or canceled without 24 hours notice.

Dogs will not be treated without prior authorization of their Veterinary Surgeon

Dogs with infectious or contagious conditions will not be treated. Owners are advised to cancel all appointments with at least 24 hours notice,until condition clears.

Bitches in season will not be allowed to swim until season has finished.

All dogs must have either a Vaccination Certificate or proof of receiving Homeopathic nodules.

The Dolpennau K9 Hydrotherpy Centre reserves the right to refuse to treatment to any dog.

When not undergoing treatment all dogs will be kept under control and must be on a lead at all times both in and out of the pool room.

Owners are requested not to feed their dogs 3-4 hours before attending an appointment and to ensure that the dog has emptied its bowels prior to arriving.

A surcharge of £20 will be made for dogs that foul in the pool. We also advise not to feed for approx 1 hour after swimming.

It is the owner's responsibility to poop-a-scoop after their dogs on our property.

The Dolpennau K9 Hydrotherapy Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, whilst on our premise.

There is a NO SMOKING POLICY.

No children are allowed in the pool area and must be supervised on the premises at all times

When visiting we advise you to wear shoes that have non-slip soles and bring water proof trousers and coats with you.

The floor in the pool area becomes very wet.

The Dolpennau K9 Hydrotherapy Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any person or animal whilst on our premise.
